In this report we have outlined the organizational objectives of Manjis restaurant. We analysed the qualifications of the candidate required for the job of restaurant manager and developed a job description in the job analysis.
In the recruitment strategy , take into consideration the human resources plan,internal and external factors affecting the job and developed a suitable recruitment plan. The selection process was decided .A screening process and suitable interview process that tested the job competence and behavioural analysis of candidate was carried out. This process helped us to conduct the selection and recruiting process effectively for Manjis restaurant and select a suitable candidate.
In the final stage of the report we evaluated the recruitment strategy using the direct and indirect costs associated with recruitment .We developed a final orientation plan for the new recruit .
